Position Summary:

As a Financial Analyst, you will join our land finance team at a rapidly expanding organization in the Southeast. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience and growth opportunities within the finance sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with the Land Finance Manager to gain insights and progressively assume increased responsibilities within the team.
  2. Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and analyses used by senior management and external financial partners.
  3. Support internal and external project finance evaluations through ad hoc analyses and underwriting.
  4. Develop pro forma financial models for potential projects.
  5. Assist in coordinating with company divisions, financial partners, and legal advisors to streamline land finance processes.
  6. Compile and review necessary documentation for project-specific financing arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
