We are seeking a new full-time Occupational Therapist(OT) to join our team in Zanesville, OH

Total Care Therapy is a therapist owned and operated company providing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy in the home and assisted living setting in 14 counties. This position is largely assisted-living based, with flexibility needed to follow patients in order to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
  • Perform starts of care, initial visits, and subsequent follow-ups
  • Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
  • Supervise COTAs and execute proper documentation practices
  • Maintain a weekly caseload of 27-32 visits per week for full-time status

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Ohio or upcoming graduate
  • Reliable transportation with gas stipend
  • Ability to work both in-facility and at-home to maintain continuity of care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
