RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather requirements, build designs, conduct design reviews, and identify design alternatives including generation of initial drawings and resolution of comments in order to produce final products. Facilities related design studies include floor plans, room layouts, color selections, and fabric recommendations. Infrastructure designs include electrical, mechanical, and other utilities affecting interior and exterior settings.
• Prepare bill of materials associated with design studies and have mechanism in place to procure materials.
• Assist machinists, technicians, engineers, and others in interpreting and analyzing designs and will provide input as to construction and quality of final product.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Google Suite products
• Multi-tasker with ability to track and complete several projects at the same time
• Self-motivated, able to take simple direction and expand upon idea/suggestion
• Ability to engage with executive level leadership across functions and organizations
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience, internships accepted
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field, Civil Engineering strongly preferred
