PPC Kitchen and Bar is looking for an artisan pizza maker(s). We pride ourselves on being consistently consistent with a flare for freshness and flavor. We will hand make hundreds of pizzas weekly, with our homemade sauce, dough and freshly shredded cheeses.

Duties:
-daily prep, cutting veggies, meats and other various ingredient portioning.
-cleanliness , rotation and sanitation of all products
-cleaning and maintaining the pizza room equipment
-Following recipe and specifications as well as implementing change
*This position reports directly to our Kitchen Team and Ownership group.
*This position does require the ability to lift and carry 50lbs up stairs
