**Job Title: General Manager - Sales and Marketing (Roofing, Siding, and Windows)**

**Position Overview:**

We seek a results-driven and experienced General Manager to oversee our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing successful marketing campaigns, and effectively managing sales teams.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Manage marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the home improvement industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM software

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
