**Job Title:** Pipelink Maintenance Locator (Part-Time)

 

**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Pipelink Maintenance Locator. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for damage prevention and ensuring the smooth operation of our pipeline infrastructure. This involves screening locate requests, coordinating with contractors, and site visits to mark the pipeline. The ideal candidate will be located in central Indiana and have their own vehicle, as it will be used for work-related tasks. This position offers 20-30 hours per week with the potential for more hours and the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. Please note that the job requires random drug testing.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Locate and mark out pipeline.

- Manage a pipeline territory covering Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois.

- Perform preventive tasks to ensure the integrity and reliability of the pipelines.

- Screen and respond promptly to locate requests or issues on the pipeline system.

- Utilize your own vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate location schedules and activities.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance activities.

 

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related tasks.

- Good driving record.

- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours per week with the potential for additional hours.

 

**Additional Requirements:**

- Candidates must be willing to undergo random drug testing.

- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

- Must have a good driving record.

- Pass a background test.
