As part of our commitment to excellence, we are expanding our outreach efforts by participating in various events such as farmers markets, trade shows, and outdoor booths to connect with potential customers directly.

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as a Bilingual (Hindi/Punjabi) Entry-Level Sales Representatives for our events and outdoor booths program. In this role, you will represent our company at various events, promoting our home security solutions and generating sales opportunities. As the face of our company at these events, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with attendees at farmers markets, trade shows, religious community and other outdoor events to promote our alarm systems.

- Explain the benefits of our home security solutions and answer questions.

- Schedule appointments for our installation team.

- Achieve weekly sales targets and maintain accurate records in our system.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- 18 years old (plus)

- Hindi and/or Punjabi speaking, preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Energetic and enthusiastic about engaging with people.
