We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards

- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served

- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role

- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

- Familiarity with industry's best practices

- Culinary school diploma not required

- Food handler's permit, or Serv-Safe certificate preferred but not required
