Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator

The Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the healthcare enrollment process for Spanish-speaking clients. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients with the healthcare enrollment process

  • Provide support to clients in understanding their healthcare options

  • Answer questions and guide clients regarding their healthcare enrollment

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English

  • No prior experience needed

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes and regulations

  • Willing to float through different sites

  • Must have reliable transportation and care insurance
