Job Description:
Company is looking for a dynamic and creative individual who is passionate about content creation and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for storytelling and an innovative mindset. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, with a focus on creating local content tailored to the target audience in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies to promote our services and brand in the local New Jersey market.
- Create engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written materials, to attract and retain customers.
- Conduct on-site filming and shadow technicians to capture the essence of our services and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and implement marketing campaigns.
- Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to distribute content and engage with our audience.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program focused on Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Available to work part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Resides in New Jersey with access to a car and a valid driver's license.
- Proficient in content creation tools and techniques, with experience in videography and content strategy preferred.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Familiarity with local New Jersey communities and a hyper-local marketing approach.

Nice to have:

- Previous experience or familiarity with residential trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is a plus.
