Job DescriptionJob Description

A high-end luxury aesthetics and plastic surgery office is seeking an experienced, motivated licensed Aesthetic Injector (RN, ARNP, APRN, NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate has a keen sense of aesthetics, is highly motivated, is passionate about skin health, and has a patient-centric approach with an aesthetic eye resulting in outstanding patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a history of providing outstanding results using an array of injectables including Neurotoxin, Dermal Fillers, PRP/PRFM, and Kybella with experience in cross-selling complementary products and procedures. An established book of business and/or 2+ years of experience is preferred. Pay is is dependent on experience (DOE). Pay is $40-50/hr plus commission.

Responsibilities include providing friendly and professional consultations; educating patients on appropriate treatment plans, recommending services and products; providing high caliber treatments, maintaining a repeat book of business; and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. The schedule is flexible with availability at least 2-3 days per week with no weekends. The successful team member should be collaborative willing to use social media, attend social events, serve as a brand enthusiast, and be a big-picture thinker who is looking to develop and grow the brand.

 

Qualifications:

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA). Must have a valid license.

Knowledge of skin care treatments

Demonstrate understanding of anatomy and injectable techniques

Knowledge of EMR and TouchMD skills are helpful

Well organized with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Empathetic with client needs and concerns
