Job Title: Behavior Analysis Expert

Overview:

As a key member of our team, you'll spearhead behavior analysis services, utilizing your deep understanding of psychological principles to create tailored interventions that foster meaningful progress and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments to pinpoint target behaviors, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Craft personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) grounded in functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and evidence-based strategies.
  • Implement intervention plans with precision, using data-driven insights to refine strategies as necessary.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to support staff and interdisciplinary team members in implementing behavior plans.
  • Foster collaboration with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective interventions across various settings.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to monitor progress and adapt interventions for optimal outcomes.
  • Lead caregiver training sessions to impart effective behavior management techniques and empower families.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
  • Stay at the forefront of applied behavior analysis (ABA) research and best practices, integrating new findings into practice.
  • Uphold ethical guidelines and standards set forth by professional organizations, demonstrating integrity and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Behavior Analysis Expert, recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • While experience is preferred, new graduates with a passion for the field are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and crafting behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Previous experience providing supervision and training is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing behavior analysis practice.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities, coupled with a steadfast commitment to their well-being.
