Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support Develop and maintain the overall software and deployment architecture for application solutions across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering staff and third-party vendors to deliver comprehensive solutions that integrate necessary capabilities.
  • Assist Senior Solutions Architects in preliminary project stages to establish high-level architecture and design during significant, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead architectural design reviews and maintain essential documentation such as architectural diagrams and interface specifications.
  • Present solutions and architectural decisions to engineering and product management teams, effectively influencing decision-making processes.
  • Identify overlaps and gaps in technology, providing feedback to senior architectural staff.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in software development and architectural design.
  • Promote the reuse of intellectual capital, including code and components, within the organization.
  • Contribute to the Solutions Architecture Community of Practice.

Top Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Azure Cloud
  • Strong experience in both backend and front-end architecture
  • Experience with standardizing an onboarding portal including self-service functionality.
  • Experience in architecting new user interfaces and streamlined user experience
  • Experience with certification processes
  • Previous experience in supply chain or retail is strongly preferred.
