Ray-Carroll Co. Grain Growers Inc. has an immediate opening for a Grain Originator that would be based out of the Richmond office. Do you have a passion for serving the local community, customer service and all things agricultural? Would you consider yourself to be an outgoing leader? Then come join our team The Originator position is a buyer position that will be responsible for purchasing commodities from producers and commercial elevators. This person will be provided with a list of producers to either grow, or maintain business relationships with. Originators provide support to the grain department to maximize efficiencies that will directly contribute to the profitability of Ray-Carroll by working closely with the other originators. This role partners closely with the company merchandiser, logistics team, accounting team, and location managers.
