Sales (Substrate Department)- Ontario, CA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Development: responsible for developing the target customers in the USA, negotiate and sign marketing contracts, and complete sales targets;

2. Customer Relations Maintenance: make and implement customer maintenance plans, responsible for customer visit and reception, and solve cooperation problems, to maintain good cooperative relationship with customers;

3. Order Management: make a customer price scheme, connect with the headquarters about daily order management, such as order follow-up, order maintenance, etc., to ensure smooth order delivery;

4. Payment Collection: responsible for collecting order payment, and solve any abnormal payment problems, to ensure timely collection of receivables;

5. Market/Competitor Survey: investigate supply chain and market information during customer development and maintenance, to export a market research report.

Minimum Requirement

           Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

           Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Outlook.

           Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be organized and detailed oriented.

           Excellent written/verbal communication skills and telephone manner.

           Intellectually curious and willing to take on additional responsibility.

           Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task.

           Ability to problem solve.

           Other duties as assigned.
