This position is for the area of Camden, AR and surrounding areas. You can work through the normal ZipRecruiter process or you can contact us directly for screening and coordination.

We are seeking Commercial Roofing (Flat roofs) techs to join our team You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of jobs such as Roof Repairs, waterproofing, and sheet metal work. We will teach you to inspect, maintain and repair commercial properties. This is an opportunity to develop a career in Roofing and Construction and to be promoted into a leadership role in which a company vehicle could be assigned to you. Those with or without experience are encouraged to apply. Pay is commensurate to experience. Temp-Hire.

Requirements:

  • Must be eighteen or older.
  • Must not be afraid of heights.
  • Must have the ability to move quickly and work efficiently.
  • Must have the ability to set up and take down ladders.
  • Must move with a sense of urgency.
  • Driver License.
  • Drug and Background Screening

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on job sites assisting with all aspects of residential and commercial repairs.
  • Learn to inspect and repair roof systems.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and repair problem leaks to find the solution.
  • Learn to perform interior repairs/projects.
  • Learn to perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Learn to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

  • Willingness to take direction and learn from others.
  • Must have a 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Able to adhere to a schedule.
