Pridestaff on behalf of their client in the Weston area is looking for a Service Admin with Aviation experience. The ideal candidate would coordinate requests between, clients, vendors, and the internal team while upholding company standards. The Service Admin must be detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities for the Service Admin:
· Work closely with the sales and warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
· Handle all customer requests in a timely, professional manner
· Communicate proactively and follow up as needed with the internal team on all repair order-related issues
· Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, processing repair orders, completing paperwork, and filing documents
Update the customer and team regarding order status and shipment tracking information
Approve repair orders
Qualification for Service Admin:
· Master at multi-tasking
· Proactive, fast learner, and result-oriented
· Passionate, hardworking, ambitious, strongly self-motivated
· Detail-oriented and thorough in all work
· 1+years of Quality Control
· Previous experience in order processing or stock room preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer software systems
· High school diploma or equivalent required
