Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our roofing team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a crew of construction workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards or issues
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the roofing industry
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
-Knowledgable with installing Shingles, Torch, Tile roofs
