The Role: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Regency Hauling, building relationships with businesses and contractors, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with our clients' waste management needs. This role demands a self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality who can think outside the bin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits and provide clients with comprehensive waste management solutions.
- Negotiate service agreements and manage contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes within the industry.
- Participate in local business events to promote the company’s services.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in waste management, sanitation, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
