Overview

Ascend ABA Therapy Solutions is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders. We are seeking a motivated and experienced BCBA Consultant to join our team and help refine and enhance our clinical and operational processes.

Duties

  • Develop and refine intake forms and processes for new clients
  • Write comprehensive policies and procedures for employees, the company, and clients
  • Create essential clinical and administrative forms and templates
  • Refine and standardize organizational and clinical processes
  • Develop templates for assessment reports, behavior plans, progress reports, and other essential documents
  • Develop transition plans, discharge plans, and other client-related policies
  • Manage and optimize BCBA caseloads

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing clinical and administrative processes in an ABA setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of practice
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices in client confidentiality
  • Proficiency in data collection systems and software commonly used in ABA therapy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a consultancy role within an ABA organization
