Position Summary 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Millwork Fabricator and Assembler with over 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial millwork. You will be responsible for fabricating and assembling millwork components, ensuring precision and quality. Proficiency in reading blueprints, using a variety of tools and machinery, and a strong understanding of millwork materials is required. The candidate should be adaptable to different shifts based on project demands and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within established timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
  • Fabrication and Assembly: Fabricate and assemble millwork components according to design requirements.
  • Precision Adjustments: Make precise modifications as needed to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Tool Proficiency: Use a variety of tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and finishing millwork materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of components.
  • Craftsmanship: Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and solve fabrication challenges as they arise.
  • Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Shift: Be available to work shop hours: 7am-4pm


Qualifications

  • Experience: More than 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial millwork fabrication and assembly.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong knowledge of millwork materials, techniques, and assembly best practices. Proficient in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
  • Problem Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to make precise modifications and adjustments.
  • Tool Knowledge: Skilled in using a variety of tools and machinery for millwork fabrication.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals.
  • Attention to Detail and Safety: Commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Shift Availability: Flexibility to work on all shifts based on project requirements.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks associated with carpentry.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
