Uncorked is looking for a Food Runner to join our 5-star lounge environment. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to provide the best service in the industry while helping our guests with ordering technology. Keeping the lounge clean and ensuring our guests have the best experience is key. 

This is not your typical serving job. Our ordering system is 100% self-serve for our guests, however if they should have questions then our Runner/Servers will step in and provide helpful tips in a graceful way. This role is mostly running food to customers and dishes to the kitchen. 

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver food orders to customer’s tables accurately. 

• Assist guests by fetching appropriate tableware, napkins, etc.  

• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards. 

• Remove dirty dishes and glassware. 

• Answer guests’ questions about menu items, ingredients, and technology. 

• Inform leadership of customers’ feedback and requests. 

Requirements & Skills: 

• High standard of personal hygiene and food safety rules. 

• Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.  

• Excellent oral communication skills. 

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.  

• Experience as a food runner or in hospitality. 

• 21+ only
