Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join our dedicated healthcare team in a traditional and conservative office setting in Conroe, Texas. Our practice emphasizes comprehensive patient care across all age groups, integrating personal faith as a fundamental aspect of overall health. The APP will play a pivotal role in managing a wide range of conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, depression, and other common diagnoses in family medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients from infants to geriatrics.
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and diagnostic tests as appropriate, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and patient safety.
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and holistic approaches to health that integrate personal faith.
  • Perform minor procedures and assist in complex procedures under physician supervision, maintaining high standards of care and ethical practice.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and practice protocols.
  • Manage a flexible work schedule including Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Once a Month Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Friday Off).

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Current licensure and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in family medicine, valid in the state of Texas.
  • Proven experience in family medicine, with proficiency in managing hypertension, diabetes, depression, and other common conditions across the lifespan.
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity, with a commitment to providing compassionate care that integrates personal faith.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
