The role of a kitchen designer at Lloyds Cabinet Shop includes meeting with clients and guiding them through the varied design options available. With the use of Cabinet Vision and or other CAD related software the designer then turns a clients design request into presentation sketches for review. Once a final design is accepted, field measuring and confirmations are conducted and a software produced manufacture file is put in motion. At Lloyds, customers have the option of choosing unique counter tops, backsplashes, fixtures and complete remodelling of kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, fireplaces etc. Customer satisfaction follow up ensues with the completion of installation.
To be competitive for this position you must have experience designing kitchens and competence in the use of related software, computer skills plus the ability to effectively attend to clients.
