Who We Are: Training Wheels ABA is a leading behavioral health company specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with ASD. We're committed to providing Early Intervention services to young learners aged 18 months to 10 years old, making a meaningful impact right from the start.

Your Role: As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Training Wheels ABA, you'll play a vital role in our team. You'll receive a free comprehensive training in ABA therapy, including a minimum of 40 hours of intensive paid training, competency assessment by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and certification as an RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. This process should take about two weeks

Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate closely with our BCBA and Operations Manager
  • Provide therapy sessions to children with ASD
  • Implement behavior intervention plans
  • Document client progress accurately
Qualifications
  • Interest in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Awareness of potential exposure to illness-causing bacteria or viruses
