Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing support and training to clients and their families.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • An active Florida Medicaid Number but we can also help with obtaining a new MEDICAID provider number at no cost
  • Experience not needed, willing to teach and train.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • A clean background check
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and dedication to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
