We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our team You will assist in setup and operate CNC machinery to fabricate parts under minimal supervision and ensure excellent quality control.

JOB LOCATION: 1777 Tyro Rd Lexington NC 27295

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Load and unload tooling, inserts, fixtures and materials
  • Be able to read and understand blueprints
  • Must know how to properly use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
  • Must operate sanders and saws when needed for material specific to your job
  • Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
  • Comply with all policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
  • Work area will be kept clean and in orderly fashion at all times
  • PAY WILL BE BASED ON SKILL LEVEL-there will be a starting pay and then an evaluation in 90 days where pay can be adjusted based on performance

​Qualifications:

  • One year work experience as a machine operator minimum
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be familiar with plant tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload of 40 lbs.
  • Effectively communicate and understand job instruction both verbally and written in the English language
