Gillman Services is hiring an entry-level warehouse team member in Saginaw, TX

$18/hr, paid weekly, Monday-Friday, 1 pm-9 pm, some weekends

Previous Warehouse experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, equipment, or supplies of up to 50 pounds, as needed.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with maintenance and repair tasks as directed.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Load and unload materials and products.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Demonstrate the ability to read and write in English.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with others.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for jobs that require driving).
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
