Join a dynamic new restaurant that is looking to set the trend in downtown Wichita. The kitchen prep team is seeking individuals who are early risers and self-starters, demonstrating a strong commitment to punctuality and effective time management. This part-time position requires availability 5-6 days per week, commencing at 7:00 AM sharp and concluding by 11:00 AM or earlier. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing food for lunch, dinner, and daily specials
  • Portioning ingredients for specific menu items
  • Ensuring kitchen cleanliness
  • Organizing and labeling food items in storage areas
  • Assisting with ingredient preparation and maintaining sanitary workstations during and after service
