Salesforce Administrator

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years as a Salesforce Administrator with a Field Service Lightning(FSL)/Field Service.
- Extensive experience in configuration, implementation, administration, and support of FSL
- Strong experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Jetstream)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google apps, and other commonly used business applications.
- Excellent attention to detail
- One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as an administrator
- Strong analytical skills, follow-up capability, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions, and manage the product roadmap
- Liaise with Operations, Sales, Service, and other departments, translating technical information into layman’s terms, and clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
- Day-to-day administration and oversight of the Salesforce Org, specifically Service and FSL
- Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and other Org-specific access responsibilities and support
- Ensure efficient and timely handling of all incoming application enhancement requests
- Ensure application/system quality, integrity, and performance
- Provide hands-on application management.
- Readily identify existing or potential problems and make recommendations for correction
- Curate procedural documentation and business process mapping
- Cross-train other team members.
