A well-established Olathe company has an immediate need for a Payroll Specialist. Great work / life balance

Responsibilities will include:

  • Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees weekly
  • Update reimbursable commissions
  • Enter new hires and make any changes as needed
  • Assist with entry of accounts payable
  • Any other needs as assigned by the manager

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience with Paychex, Paycor, Paycom or similar payroll processing service
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
