1. Experience and Skills:
   • Experience in lawn care and landscaping.

   • Ability to apply weed control, fertilizers, and insect/disease products to lawns and ornamental trees/shrubs.
   • Willingness to obtain an Arkansas State Plant Board Agent License through passing a written exam.
   • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
   • Basic math and calculator skills for measurements and calculations.
3. Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
   • Capable of performing various physical activities including sitting, driving, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
   • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and environmental factors.
