Position Summary: As a Real Estate Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the real estate industry. This internship is designed for college seniors or recent graduates who are passionate about real estate and eager to learn from industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist real estate agents and brokers with property research, market analysis, and property showings.
  2. Support marketing efforts by creating content for social media platforms, drafting property descriptions, and preparing marketing materials.
  3. Participate in client meetings and learn about client relationship management in real estate.
  4. Conduct property inspections and assist with open houses and property tours.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, managing databases, and scheduling appointments.
  6. Shadow experienced professionals to learn about real estate transactions, negotiations, and contract processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes relevant to real estate.
