We are seeking a Lead Service Technician Mechanic to join our team You will maintain and repair trailer, chassis, and trucks, along with manage a team of technicians. You will work out of your own dedicated service truck. All tools provided for job. Company provides cell phone. We pay weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, install, and adjust applicable parts and services on trailers, chassis, and trucks
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective parts and equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Work from communication sent out by dispatching team and supervisor
  • Be detailed in work and keep open communication between yourself, supervisor, and dispatch team

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in trailer repair or other related fields
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with industry applicable tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Abilityto follow work flow through cell phone, email, and other means
  • Ability to work minimum 40 hr/wk
