We are seeking individuals experienced with copper brazing / refrigeration line installation for immediate work throughout the Greater Houston, TX area. Temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow

The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of recent verifiable experience as a pipefitter installing copper refrigeration piping in a commercial construction setting. OSHA 10 required on some jobsites

Basic Job Description:

Install, repair, maintain and test various lines used for HVAC/Refrigeration equipment in accordance with local and state codes.

Minimum Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of mechanical heating & air conditioning piping systems.
  • Must be proficient with brazing and soldering copper refrigeration lines.
  • Must be proficient with testing, purging, and repairing refrigeration lines.
  • Must have excellent use of power tools, acetylene torches, and etc.
  • Must be proficient with pipe system layouts, supports, and blueprint interpretation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Commercial Pipefitter experience installing refrigeration piping.
  • Must have own hand tools and brazing torch required for refrigeration pipe installation.
  • Proper ID's required for employment
  • Ability to climb/work off ladders, lifts, and etc.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the city.
