Do you love working with kids? We are looking for energetic individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism.

 

We are a small agency that provides ABA services utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). If you work with us, you will have the opportunity to teach language skills, play skills, social skills, and self-care skills to children ages 3-7 with autism.

 

Essential Duties & Expectations:

  • Deliver direct, one-on-one therapy services
  • Follow written treatment plans created by the Behavior Analyst
  • Collect and record data accurately
  • Complete daily session notes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Maintain scheduled appointments
  • Attend ongoing in-office training with Behavior Analyst
  • Comply with all federal HIPAA and OSHA regulations

 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • At least 18 years old
  • Must be able to successfully complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB must be completed within 90 days of hire and maintained throughout employment
  • Part Time and Full Time hours available
