Uncommon Lawn Service Driver and Crew Member

Hiring a lawn service driver and crew member with the following uncommon qualities:

1. Able to push mow for 1.5 hours in the hot September weather without giving up. Tough. Hard working.

2. Able to show up every day on time with a good attitude. Reliable. Positive.

3. Able to return $100 bill found on the ground to a customer. Honest. Trustworthy.

4. Able to communicate customer issues to the boss and crew. Approachable. Team Member.

 

If you are weak, dishonest, unreliable, negative, and selfish - do not apply.

Required frequent drug screening and driver’s license.

If you can pass a physical labor test, driving truck and trailer test and a conversation test - you will be hired. The pay for the test is $25 per hour cash.

Guaranteed 44 hours plus Saturdays 52 weeks per year. Starting salary $67,000 per year. Paychecks given weekly. Holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation.
