Full Job Description

  • Track all incoming and outgoing parts and maintain accurate invoices, purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Order parts from suppliers and catalog correct parts, pricing, and availability of parts.
  • Keep parts department clean stock, and orderly.
  • Keep current on new products and product updates.
  • Monitor inventory, communicate parts updates and availability with team and other departments.
  • Review daily repair orders and ensure they are properly prepared for technicians.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts.
  • Receive payments for counter sales.
  • Process part warranties core and part returns.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven parts counter sales knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of gasoline and diesel truck repairs.
  • Team orientated and excellent customer service skills.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
  • Good previous work history.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
