Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: MedFIT Weight Loss and Wellness, Belmont, NC

Job Description:

MedFIT Weight Loss and Wellness is immediately seeking a motivated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a highly autonomous healthcare provider specializing in weight loss and men's health. This role is ideal for a compassionate, patient-centered professional who is eager to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients seeking weight loss and men's health services.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including lifestyle counseling, medication management, and other therapeutic interventions.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

  • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, weight management strategies, and men's health concerns.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in accordance with MedFIT's standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Stay current on best practices, emerging research, and innovative treatments in weight loss and men's health.

Qualifications:

  • Active Advanced Practice Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their health goals.

  • Experience in weight loss and/or men’s health is preferred but absolutely not required. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all.
