Responsibilities:
- Inspects and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
- Communicate with management regularly.
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers and grills.
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients and rotating stock.
- Seasons and cooks food according to recipes.
- Ensure everything is clean
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Experience as a busser, barback, food runner, or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Friendly
- Availability to work 5 days a week.
