New Features and App Implementation:

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance our e-commerce capabilities through the implementation of new features and apps.
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors to integrate new e-commerce technologies and functionalities.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of new e-commerce features and applications.

Product Management:

  • Manage the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with product teams to launch new products and optimize existing listings.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

Online Marketing:

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Experience:

  • Enhance the overall customer journey by optimizing the website's usability, navigation, and checkout process.
  • Implement user experience improvements to increase customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment rates.
  • Monitor and improve customer reviews and ratings.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use data analytics tools to track website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.

Inventory and Fulfillment:

  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Payment and Security:

  • Ensure secure payment processing and compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.

Customer Service:

Competitive Analysis:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully driving e-commerce revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and implementing best practices for improving website performance.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to customization and configuration E-com websites to meet business needs.
  • Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, supply chain, and customer service.
  • Experience managing content on website platforms such as Shopify.
  • Proficient with Excel, with the ability to create and interpret reports used for forecasting, planning, and ROI analysis.
  • Understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition strategies, retention tactics, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Awareness of emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce, such as mobile commerce, voice commerce, and AI-driven personalization.
  • Experience with multi-channel e-commerce strategies, including marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Seller), social commerce, and omni-channel retail.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to monitor website performance and handle urgent matters.
