Our ADT authorized dealer is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Low Voltage Technicians to join our team. As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing various low voltage systems, including security and monitoring systems, for our valued customers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in low voltage systems, security installations, or related fields is required.
* Proficiency in cable runs, terminations, and understanding of wiring layouts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
* Self-motivated and driven to deliver high-quality service.
* Must have your own tools and equipment necessary for the job.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot security systems, including security cameras, access control, and alarm systems.
* Perform cable runs, terminations, and ensure tidy and efficient wiring setups.
* Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their security systems.
* Provide technical support and efficiently resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.
* Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
