  • At least 4 years of experience as a CNC Lathe setup and operator 
  • proficient at using inspection equipment. (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.)
  • can read and understand blueprints
  • can do setups required to complete the part, including work holding. 
  • Must be able to hold tight tolerances ( +/-.00050
