Description

We are looking for a candidate who has years of experience running a CNC lathe. This machinist would be someone who is familiar with programming from a print at the machine and/or with CAD/CAM software. They would also do their own machine setup and run job shop quantities on the CNC lathe.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC lathe to print specifications

• Setup CNC Lathe to machine raw stock

• Machine parts to print specifications

• Perform daily preventative machine maintenance

• Maintain a clean work space around machines

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC lathe programming

• Experience with CNC lathe setup and tooling

• Experience with measuring equipment

• Experience with live tooling (preferred)

• Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam Preferred)
