iStaffing is currently hiring an onsite coordinator for one of our clients in Rialto.

The On-Site Coordinator provides outstanding partnership and support at our client’s location by managing and coordinating associate placements.

They act as the central contact for procuring and fulfilling staffing needs.

They are responsible for providing emergency 24/7 staffing support service to the client.

Job Description:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships as you handle customer service inquiries, concerns and issues.

Meets headcount needs for all shifts as required by client.

Manage staff to ensure proper compliance with company and client standards.

Monitors employees for proper safety compliance and facilitates the initial contact and reporting incidents at the site to the Safety Department.

Updates daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Capability to engage and communicate effectively,

Ability to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidential.

Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Utilizing your skills to forecast staffing needs, then develop and execute recruiting strategies that will meet and exceed our customer’s needs.

Participate in partnership reviews with our customer, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.

Monitor and report performance, timekeeping and attendance issues.

Serve as a liaison between the customer and our employees, investigate and document any matters that require intervention.

Enhancing the Company image by developing and maintaining relationships and participating or coordinating activities alongside the Client’s or Company’s request.

​​Qualifications and education requirements​

Outstanding customer service, Supervisory skills, ethical conduct, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, a passion for continuous improvement.

2-5 years of similar staffing experience preferred.

​​Preferred skills​:

intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),

Proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
