Position Title: Sheet metal worker
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Position type: *TTH*
Shift: 1st Shift 6:30am – 3pm Monday – Saturday OT is mandatory)

Premier designer/manufacturer of customized process water chillers for medical and laboratory applications located in Elmhurst, IL is hiring Sheet Metal Worker on the 1st shift.
Job Description:
Cutting, fitting, and insulating sheet metal body panels for units; Cleaning, labeling and preparing units for shipment; Assembling crates and boxing units to be shipped.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to read a ruler
Knowledge of how to use hand tools, tin snips, screw drivers, hammers, etc.
Comfortable using power tools; saws, grinders, drivers, drills, etc.
Able to lift 50-70 Lbs.
Communicate issues in a timely manner
Have excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
Qualifications:
Good mechanical skills
Good interpersonal, organizational & listening skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to write and speak effectively with employees throughout the organization
