We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team You will provide direct therapy to children and support rehabilitation activities in the school environment. OT will be assigned to several buildings and travel will be essential in performing the job. Remote work can be performed when not at school.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate rehabilitation of students with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
- Monitor and assess student rehabilitative programs, goals and IEPs
- Convey treatment results and student progress to relevant parties
- Organize and update student records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in occupational therapy
- Master's degree or PhD in OT
- Ability to build rapport with children with special needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
