Job Summary
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
  • Frame equipment and structural body repair preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
 Ventura Collision Center is seeking an Automotive Body Technician to join our team As an Automotive Body Repairer, you will work closely with the estimator & blue printers to thoroughly inspect and evaluate vehicle damage for repair. You will also manage multiple repair projects at once, and working closely with coworkers to ensure work is completed properly and on time. The ideal candidate has previous auto body experience, communication skills, and strong attention to detail. 
Responsibilities 
  • 3yrs prior experience required.
  • Must have proper tools to successfully complete assigned repairs.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks.
  • Maintain high standard and safe repair.
  • Be willing to complete I-car training if necessary.
Qualifications
  • Previous auto body experience required
  • Be able to work with other to accomplish common repair standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understand and follow proper repair procedures.
  • Open to advanced training.
