Job DescriptionJob Description

A Restaurant Company with multiple concepts throughout the US is currently seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager

Compensation: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00/year plus quarterly bonus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a wide variety of food products from scratch
  • Determine production and ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of food
  • Maintain a level head and delegate many kitchen tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain impeccable personal hygiene, as well as high work and safety standards

*Requirements

  • A culinary degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required
  • A passion and love for food and service must be evident
  • Experience in high-volume casual-upscale dining restaurant
