Termite Lead Technician

About the job:

Physical ability to perform termite treatment services year round, including in the AZ summer heat. Work a hammer drill, trench, patch small holes in cement etc.

Have an eye for termite activity and other conditions conducive to infestation.

Certified by ADA Pest Management Division in Category 2a - Wood Destroying Insect Treatment and Inspection.

About the Role:

We play to win

In this role you will be responsible for completing residential and commercial termite pre-construction, post-construction, corrective and preventative treatments. You will also complete annual warranty renewal inspections.

Experience is mandatory and a minimum of 1 (one) year of consistent termite experience is required. You must already be certified in Arizona and hold a current Category A2 termite certification to be eligible for this position. Experience in preventative and corrective treatment procedures is also mandatory.

Criteria for Success:

  • Complete treatments on time and to the level of CAPE Pest Control standards. We will not take shortcuts.

  • Problem solve and provide excellent customer service to drive 5 star reviews.

  • Mitigate re-services by taking time to service homes correctly the first time.

  • Help keep chemical cost done by ensuring mix ratios are correct.

  • Maintain all company equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour 

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

  • Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mesa, AZ 85210: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Driver's License (Required)
